This Word is the infallible and trustworthy Word of God, written by God using man and controlled by the Holy Spirit. All (66) books of the Bible are God&#8217;s revelation that testifies about Jesus Christ. Therefore, we believe that the Bible is the foundation for the Christian faith and living the Christian life.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u201cNow therefore hearken, O Israel, unto the statutes and unto the judgments, which I teach you, for to do\u00a0<em>them<\/em>, that ye may live, and go in and possess the land which the LORD God of your fathers giveth you. Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish\u00a0<em>ought<\/em> from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 360px;\">Deuteronomy 4:1-2<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSeek ye out of the book of the LORD, and read: no one of these shall fail, none shall want her mate: for my mouth it hath commanded, and his spirit it hath gathered them.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Isaiah 34:16<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe law of the LORD\u00a0<em style=\"font-weight: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4);\">is<\/em>\u00a0perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD\u00a0<em style=\"font-weight: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4);\">is<\/em>\u00a0sure, making wise the simple. The statutes of the LORD\u00a0<em style=\"font-weight: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4);\">are<\/em>\u00a0right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the LORD\u00a0<em style=\"font-weight: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4);\">is<\/em>\u00a0pure, enlightening the eyes. The fear of the LORD\u00a0<em style=\"font-weight: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4);\">is<\/em>\u00a0clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the LORD\u00a0<em style=\"font-weight: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4);\">are<\/em>\u00a0true\u00a0<em style=\"font-weight: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4);\">and<\/em>\u00a0righteous altogether. More to be desired\u00a0<em style=\"font-weight: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4);\">are they<\/em> than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Psalms 19:7-10<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThink not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.\u201d<\/p>\n<p> &#8211; Matthew 5:17-18<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Romans 15:4<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All scripture\u00a0<em>is<\/em>\u00a0given by inspiration of God, and\u00a0<em>is<\/em>\u00a0profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.\u201d<\/p>\n<p> &#8211; 2 Timothy 3:15-17<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 Peter 1:25<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.
